Wyoming Bank Account in Jackson HoleThis bank account can typically be opened remotely
Mountain Business Center LLC can typically open a Wyoming Bank Account for a Wyoming business remotely if you use our service to register the business.
Reasons to Have Mountain Business Center LLC Set Up Your New LOCAL Wyoming Bank Account:
You will save yourself the expense of a trip to Wyoming. If you do decide that you want to visit beautiful Jackson Hole, you might as well come here during the prime ski or summer season. And when you do get here, you’ll want to use all of your time exploring the outdoors and checking out the wildlife. The locals are fun to hang out with, too!
How It Works:
You must have a current Wyoming company in good standing that we registered for you. If you first need to set up a Wyoming company, click here. Once you are ready to get started with your new bank account, we will email you two or three forms, depending on whether or not you need outgoing wire transfers. In addition to these forms, we will also need an operating agreement and a copy of each signer’s identification. If you would like to check out our free operating agreement or bylaw templates, please click here. Once you email us back the documentation, we will head to the bank along with a check for $100 as your initial deposit. The bank will email you your signature cards directly, and you will need to physically mail back the original signature cards with the original wire transfer agreement. Please note that you will need to have a document or two notarized.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WILL NOT BE SOME HORRIBLE NATIONAL BANK BRANCH ACCOUNT! OUR WYOMING BANK ACCOUNT SERVICE WILL GET YOUR COMPANY A LOCAL, STRICTLY WYOMING BANK ACCOUNT!
If you do not have a social security number, we can help you obtain an EIN and ITIN for your new business! Please click here for more information if you are NOT a US Citizen/Resident.

Here are some basic facts regarding our Wyoming Bank Account service:
∙ We are NOT on your bank accounts
∙ We do NOT need “power of attorney” or anything like this
∙ ONLY the specific people listed in the operating agreement or corporate bylaws will be listed on the account
Please do not call or email us and say you went with one of our shady competitors who operate out of a trailer home or mailbox store and ask us to open a bank account for you because we will not do it.
We feel so sorry for all of the international people who sign up with many of our competitors only to realize they seemingly just paid for a business on a piece of paper. We will not open a bank account for you if you register your company through another company, and they must also know this. We are sorry if you found them before us.
